Ring the Bells!

Published by:

“Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth:

make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise” Psalm 98:4

This Sunday, April 10, children will rehearse the first 10 minutes of Sunday School (10 am). We’ll use the colorful bells first introduced at 11 am Worship service Palm Sunday (see video!). On Wednesdays the children will rehearse from 5:45 to 6:15 pm. Those participating in Wednesday Worship can stay. This will continue until the summer break.

The Sunday practice will involve groups reading colors to play with accompaniment, the Wednesday group will be learning bell names and their note position for melodies to be played. Our next step is a Choir Chime program for our older interested group and then moving onto a Concert Bell program for adults.

I am very excited to be able to share this wonderful bell program with you and look forward to starting your children out with making a joyful noise and moving them to the blessing they will be in our Worship services!! Contact me, Tish Smyth for further details. 717-5144
